Important Update to I-9 Form
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services announced a new version of the I-9 form that employers must begin using by November 1st, 2023. Recruit4Business and Opportunity Manager have switched to the new form which will help streamline and simplify the process. Some changes include reducing section 1 and 2, ensuring the form can be filled out on tablets and mobile devices, an updated notice on how to avoid discrimination, a revised list of acceptable documents, and other improvements.
